The purpose of the chatbot is to give you answers to general queries and refer you to online locations where you can find more information. This Statement specifies how you can handle your personal data that can be collected when using the chatbot service on the Facebook Messenger platform and acquaint you with the rights you can acquire with regard to the protection of your personal data.

In the context of the chatbot, we have access to your personal data:

• Your personal data as a Facebook user is publicly available. The data available to us depends on the settings on your Facebook profile;
• The text of your queries and responses which you have obtained through the chatbot service

The chatbot functions in such a way that it is not necessary to enter your personal data. If you enter information about the service you use or other personal data (even though we have not asked you to do so), this information will be available to us in the form of a conversation transcript.

The text of your queries and responses which you have obtained through our chatbot shall be used for:

• the analysis of the quality of the work of the chatbot and the precision of the responses given;
• testing and improving the work of the chatbot, including the development through machine learning

The data generated through the chatbot service is also available to Facebook, and its processing is subject to the Facebook privacy policy, which you are familiar with, and which refers to you as a user of Facebook.

The above data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving our services and better communication with our existing and prospective customers.

We store your data (query texts and answers) in the form of conversation transcripts for a maximum period of 365 days.

As a data subject, you may request access to your personal data at any time, as well as the restriction of the processing or deletion of data. The deletion of any copy of a conversation stored by Facebook must be requested on its own, in accordance with the rules which Facebook upholds as an independent data controller. Notwithstanding the aforementioned rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint to a competent supervisory authority (the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency).
