What is an eArchive?
Our electronic archive mojeArhiv is an informational system which provides the user with secure and controlled conditions for storing all business documents in electronic format – eInvoices, eReminder notes, eCredit notes, eDespatch advices, ePurchase orders, eReceipt advices, contracts or any other electronic documents which are important for your business or which you are legally obligated to keep for a longer period of time.
Advantages of the mojeArhiv service
Immediate access to documents
You can access the mojeArhiv system from any location, but access is exclusively limited to authorized persons which have been assigned the document management rights in the archive beforehand.
Fast and simple search
During the storing process of documents, each document is marked with labels which allow one to search documents more easily. Also, documents can be searched by keywords (VAT number, contract number, company name) through our search engine.
Legally regulated
mojeArhiv is compliant with the Electronic Document Act (Article 20, paragraph 3), which prescribes what an electronic archive must ensure, and refers to all legal entities (entrepreneurs, budget users, non-profit organizations) which send and/or receive eInvoices.
Secure storage
Storing documents through the mojeArhiv service is secure. The data is kept for a period of eleven years on multiple servers in different geographical locations.
